Furnished Room in Villa near Lund

Hello One furnished room available for rental in a big villa just outside Lund available from August 1th and onwards. The tenant share kitchen, living room with TV and Netflix, bathroom, and laundry with another student but has a own room for privacy. Summertime (April-September) there is a swimming pool and barbecue area free of use. The house is situated in a really nice quiet villa area (Bjarred/Borgeby) with good possibility for commuting to Lund C and Malmo. It takes 20 minutes to reach Lund by bus no 137 and 35 minutes to central Malmö by bus 132 or 134. Distance to sea approx 2 km. The tenants are expected to be quiet, non smoking and non allergic to cats. Everything is included in the monthly fee such as WiFi, water and heating. By the way, visitors are allowed. Two students and the landlord/owner are totally living in the house. References från prior tenants can be given. Monthly fee: SEK 3900. One month deposit at the time for contract signing. Minimum contract for one semester, can be prolonged, with one month notice
