Since I have two rooms available, it would also be possible to rent for two friends. I live alone as my two young people have recently moved away from home. I work as a manager in social services and spend a lot of time away from home. Perfect accommodation if you are studying at Södertörn University, KTH Flemingsberg, Karolinska Institutet campus Flemingsberg, for example. From Balingsnäs you take bus 865 to Flemingsberg which takes 7 minutes. It takes 30 minutes to Stockholm city and 45 minutes to KTH, Tekniska Högskolan. Rent 4200 SEK. Water, heating and free wifi are included in the rent. Notice period on the day if you get your own apartment or similar. All the best
