**Subletting corridor room in SSSB accommodation (Skärmarbrink)** Subletting 13sqm room on the first floor of an SSSB student accommodation from **1****st**** of August to mid-January **(exit date flexible). The building is 4 minutes by foot to the closest metro, 15 min to Globen and 10 minutes by metro or bike from Södermalm. **6000sek **per month. Includes: - Personal bathroom with shower and all amenities - Bed and beddings (duvet, bedsheet and pillow) - Desk and chair - Clothing rack - Storage furniture (shown in pictures) - Built-in wardrobe and extra storage - Shoe rack The kitchen is shared between 7 rooms. Common small appliances (toaster, microwave, kettle) and oven trays, but the rest is personal. Some plates and cutlery will be available in the drawers reserved to the room. Storage in the kitchen includes personal cabinet, 3 drawers of different dimension, plus shared cabinets that everyone can use. Laundry room in on the same floor, next to the kitchen so it’s easily accessible. If needed, a common vacuum cleaner is shared between the building. Outdoor area with grills and tables is common and access to it is agreed on the Whatsapp groupchat. There is also the possibility of accessing the storage room, so for any extra luggage/items, a box in the storage room is included (only need to buy a lock). A subletting contract from SSSB will be signed in order to ensure regularity and to safeguard both renter and subletting person.
