Bright Room in Grimmered House

Room available in a shared flat in Grimmered!! We are two girls living in a big house in Grimmered. The house is owned by a family with two children who live in the lower floors of the house, and we have the two upper floors. The flat has large bright common areas, a dishwasher, washing machine, balcony and garden. There is also possibility for parking. There is two bedrooms on the upper floor, one being a guest room. The lower floor has two bedrooms, the bathroom and a big kitchen and living room! The room will be available from the first of may until further notice. The rent is 5500 sek with water and electricity included. The room is unfurnished except for the bed which is provided. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area. The nearest tram stop is Nya Varvsallen or kungssten and there is a bus stop right outside with buses going to järntorget. There is lost of forest areas around and rudalen which is nice for walks! We are looking for someone who enjoys living in community, we enjoy having dinner together and chill nights! We are two living here: I study medicine, and otherwise i like reading, going out for beer with my friends and knitting!!
