We’re looking for a friendly, easygoing person to join our shared condominium in Solna. You’ll be renting a bright and spacious room of approximately 25 m², and sharing the home with two relaxed and respectful flatmates. About the Condominium - Total size: 112 m² - Fully furnished - Large and comfortable living room - Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine - Balcony - Bathroom - Three spacious bedrooms Additional Amenities - Laundry room conveniently located on the same floor - Extra storage space in the basement - Bicycle room available The condominium faces south, offering plenty of natural light and sunshine. The Room for Rent The room is furnished and includes a cozy double bed, nightstand, a spacious closet, and a desk with an office chair, making it ready for comfortable everyday living. The room is available for occupancy starting July 1, 2026, with a one or two-year contract and the possibility of extension. The monthly rent is 8 650 SEK (no additional service fee), which includes high-speed Wi-Fi, basic TV, heating and water, as well as household electricity under normal consumption.
