Room available - move-in between July 25 - September 1. We are looking for someone who is grounded in themselves, enjoys, and is used to living in a collective/ shared home, and likes to have things neat and clean around yourself. You also intend to live here for a longer period of time (> 6 months). You appreciate clear communication, and if you are used to 'authentic relating' or other conscious communication practices, that is a big plus. The apartment is a fully furnished 5th floor of 108 square meters with three bedrooms, living room, extra room, two toilets, a bathtub, and a well-equipped kitchen with a balcony. It is located near Pildammsparken and the flat, on the top floor, is well insulated with regard to noise from neighbors and outside. The bedroom that will be available is 10 square meters, for rent unfurnished (there is a bed and bookcase to buy for furnishing). Wardrobe space and part of the storage space are included. We who live here appreciate peace and order at home and are looking for someone who shares this desire. We have our own lives and can choose to cook together sometimes and hang out when it suits us. It is to your advantage if we have a mutual (FB) friend who thinks we are a good match, preferably I also wish that you have a reference from a previous landlord where you lived in a collective. The rent for the room is 5350 SEK/month. We are looking forward to welcoming you!
