hi!! I’m looking for a roommate to move into a lovely collective from July onwards!!! if living in a big collective house with a garden, but having your own bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom to return to sounds good to you, then this might be the right house for you! the 2-person apartment, in the house, you would be sharing with me (two bedrooms and the spaces we share :)). your semi-furnished room would be available from 1/7 and rent is 7,075 sek per month - including electricity, water, wifi, trash pick-up, and gardening services! there is a deposit of 10,000 sek, returned when moving out. some wonderfuls to point out: a dishwasher and a washing machine-the two of us sharing (!!!)) location right next to Stadsparken, on Östgötagavägen a well-kept garden (with a greenhouse!) the fun that comes with living as a community with people from all around the world your semi-furnished room: the bed structure stays! (you can buy the mattress from the current owner !, -) the built-in wardrobe is there! i love to travel, meet new people, cultures and beers, go to the theatre, concerts, go hiking, cycling, dancing, love to hang out and non the less do i respect peace and my solo time ! i love plants and animals a lot, i love to have a coffee..! i am looking forward to growing valuable relations and having wonderful conversations and experiences! i respect honest communication and coziness! :))
