We are looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful third flatmate to join us in a fantastic 3-person apartment in Lappis, the main student village near Stockholm University. **Move-in Date:** the first week of July **Duration:** whole month of July **Rent:** 3,900–4,100 SEK / month (+ electricity) **Deposit:** 1 month rent **About the Place & Utilities:** * **The Room:** A cozy 13 m² private room. It comes **fully furnished** with a bed, desk, chair, lamp, and everything you need to study comfortably! * **Utilities:** Heating, water, and fast Wi-Fi are completely free and included in the rent. We just split the electricity bill separately. * **The Apartment:** You will be sharing the flat with two of us. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a shared living room perfect for hosting friends, and plenty of easily accessible laundry slots. * **The View & Nature:** We have a beautiful balcony overlooking a nearby lake and the Royal National Park—perfect for relaxing! * **Convenience:** Super close to the bus stop, walking distance to SU, and very easy transport to other universities (KTH, SSE, etc.). * **The Lease:** This is a stable, official lease, meaning absolutely no subletting stress or corridor drama. **About Us & The Vibe:** I’ve lived in shared flats for the past 1.5 years and absolutely love it.
